Murray-Riverina Employment, Education & Training Roundtable Forum
05:04 PM - 05:04 PM, Wednesday, 30 March 04 2011You have been invited to participate in our Employment, Education & Training (EE&T) round table forum.
The aim of the forum is to bring together a wide range of stakeholders (Apprenticeship Centres, Group Training Companies, Educational Institutions, Job Networks, Recruitment Providers, Registered Training Organisations, Partnership Brokers and many more) to discuss the the major issues and concerns impacting employers in our region from an EE&T perspective and then identify potential solutions to address these.
Nick Minto (NSW Business Chambers Workforce Skills Policy Advisor) will provide attendees with an understanding of the issues facing employers across the state of NSW and Wayne McPherson (Training Services Manager, Riverina State Training Centre) will provide his observations of the issues prevalent in the Murray-Riverina.
All issues and solutions raised during the forum will be communicated to State and Federal Governments via NSW Business Chambers Policy & Advocacy unit.
