Mike will focus on giving us a global perspective with a local feel, when it comes to selling into a modern consumer environment. A model will be outlined that will allow you to prosper and begin planning the evolution of your sales focus. Mike will also provide some valuable tips, tricks and traps to help you in this changing consumer environment.
