On Friday evening 18 February we’ll kick off with cocktails, canapés and light entertainment on a warm summers evening at the Albury Racing Club with the launch of the Regional Profile 2011.
From 11am to 2.30pm on Saturday, Knowledge Workshops presented by leaders from Business, Industry and Economics will deliver innovative regional, national and international future directions that will give participants a different perspective in developing and sustaining our region.
On Saturday evening the hugely popular State of the Region dinner will be hosted by the fabulous Jean Kittson and provocative finance and economics commentator Michael Pascoe will be our key note speaker. The evening would not be complete without the return of ABCs Tony Jones with Q&A. “SIZE DOESN’T MATTER” is the theme this year, focusing on topical questions about population, attracting more people and industry from capital cities. Or can our regions sustain population increases?
